Managing Creators

The Creators page is where you manage everyone in your program — from new applicants to your top-performing partners.

Adding Creators

There are three ways to bring creators into your program:

Email Invite

Go to Creators > Invite and enter one or more email addresses. Each creator receives an email with a magic link to join your program. You can customize the invite message. Generate a shareable invite link from Creators > Invite Link. Anyone with the link can apply to your program. Useful for sharing in DMs, newsletters, or community posts.

Public Application Page

Enable the public application page in Settings > Program. This creates a branded page at yourstore.com/apply where creators can submit an application with their social profiles, audience size, and a note about why they want to join.

Approval Workflow

You can choose between two modes in Settings > Program:
  • Auto-approve — creators are instantly approved when they apply. Best for open programs.
  • Manual review — applications land in a review queue. You approve or reject each one. Best for curated programs.
When a creator is approved, they automatically receive a unique tracking link and discount code. You can customize the code format in Settings.

Managing Creators

The creator list shows each person’s:
  • Status — active, pending, paused, or rejected
  • Revenue — total attributed sales
  • Orders — number of attributed orders
  • Commission — total earned (paid + pending)
  • Joined — when they entered your program

Actions

Click any creator to open their detail page where you can:
  • Override commission rate — set a custom rate that overrides the program default
  • Assign tags — organize creators into groups (e.g., “VIP”, “Micro”, “Ambassador”)
  • Change status — pause, reactivate, or remove a creator
  • View activity — see their clicks, orders, and commission history

Bulk Operations

Select multiple creators using the checkboxes to:
  • Change status in bulk (activate, pause)
  • Apply tags to all selected
  • Export selected creators to CSV
  • Send a bulk email notification
