All plans include: Shopify integration, campaign builder, creator portal, basic analytics, and email support.
14-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan. During the trial you get:- Full access to all Growth features
- No credit card required to start
- A banner showing days remaining in your trial
- If you subscribe to a paid plan, your data and settings carry over seamlessly
- If you do not subscribe, your account enters a read-only state. You can still view data but cannot create new campaigns or process payouts
Subscribing
Go to Settings > Billing to choose a plan. Convertly uses Shopify Billing, which means:- Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your Shopify subscription
- No separate credit card entry needed
- Shopify handles tax calculation and receipts
Upgrading and Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from Settings > Billing:- Upgrading — takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Downgrading — takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan’s features until then.
